First, We Create a Product

• ☐ Go to Dashboard
• ☐ Go to Products and click on Add New
• ☐ Add a name for your product. Use the same name as the course title.
• ☐ Under Product Data, choose Simple Product
• ☐ Check both boxes: Virtual and Downloadable

General Tab

• ☐ Add the Regular Price
• ☐ If you wish, add a Sale Price
  • ☐ To create dates for the sale price, click on Schedule

Inventory Tab

• ☐ Check the box Sold Individually

Advanced Tab

• ☐ You can assign a product to a membership

Product Short Description

• ☐ Add a product description if you wish

Sidebar

• ☐ Go further down to Product Image and click on Set Product Image.
  • ☐ Choose an image from your Image Library or upload a file from your computer. Recommended size: 1920x1080.
  • ☐ Then click the Set Product Image button in the lower-right area.
  • ☐ Move further up in the sidebar and click Publish to publish the product.

Second, We Create the Course

• ☐ Go to Dashboard
• ☐ Go to Courses and click on Add New Course
• ☐ Add Title is where you enter the Course Title, which is the same as the product name.

Featured Image

• ☐ Scroll down on the right-hand side to Set Featured Image and click on this link.
  • ☐ Use the same image you used for the Product. Choose the image from the Image Library.
  • ☐ Then click the Set Featured Image button in the lower-right area.

Access Plan

• ☐ Scroll down in the middle of the page to the Access Plan
• ☐ Click on Add New Access Plan
• ☐ Under Plan Title, enter Unlimited Access
• ☐ Under Visibility, select Hidden from the dropdown
• ☐ Just below, choose your WooCommerce Product. You can search for it by entering the first few letters of the product name.
• ☐ Click on the Save button just below the Access Plan
• ☐ Click Publish in the upper-right corner 2x
• ☐ Refresh the page in the upper-left corner and a View Course tab will appear in the top menu

Enroll Yourself in the Course

• ☐ Scroll down the page to the bottom to Enroll New Students
• ☐ Place your cursor in the rectangle and type in your name.
• ☐ Your name will appear. Click on it.
• ☐ Then click on the Enroll New Student button below.
• ☐ Click Update in the upper-right corner

Configure the Course Front Page

• ☐ Click on View Course at the top of the Dashboard page
• ☐ Launch Beaver Builder
• ☐ Click on the + sign in the upper-right corner
• ☐ Click on Templates
• ☐ From the dropdown menu, select Saved Templates
• ☐ Scroll down and click on Course Getting Started to add it to the page
• ☐ You should automatically see the Course Featured Image
• ☐ In the module below the course featured image, replace the picture with your picture. Recommended size: square, 600x600. Add your name and title, and adjust the typography as needed.
• ☐ Press Done and Publish
